Our goal was to resonate with Gen Z and Millennials and encourage them to value real-life connection beyond their smartphone screens. To achieve this, we increased audience engagement through interactive mechanics — sparking conversations in comments, polls, and stories, and introducing diverse content formats. We also consistently communicated a simple but powerful idea: no matter the situation, there is always room for a cup of tea.
Tess became a cozy digital space for like-minded people — a warm and atmospheric platform where communication is built on trust and mutual understanding: real stories, honest thoughts, and shared experiences. The core values we emphasized were friendship, an active lifestyle, and meaningful moments.
Over nearly a full year, we reached more than 9.1 million people and doubled the number of followers. During this time, we published 90+ posts, achieving an engagement rate (ER) of 17.10% and an Engagement Rate by Reach (ERR) of 64.84%.
